Warning light flashes

I am very disappointed. As soon as we took the projector out of the box, the warning light started flashing indicating overheating. The light only flashed with blu-ray players. Panasonic has been giving us a hard time returning it. The seller won't return it without Panasonic's agreement. Panasonic says it is caused by the blu-ray players, yet we went out and bought a new player, different vendor, and still the light flashes. We cannot trust this projector, and we still do not have a replacement.
