Malfunctioning on Arrival

Ordered this projector on the basis of it's specifications. Unfortunately, the projection did not give a full RGB mix - basically it's a black and blue display. On calling tech support, the fellow didn't even know they carried the projector. He tried to be helpful but after leaving me on hold for several minutes came back to suggest I use the remote control to alter the blue balance. Huh, not gonna do it. This one's going back.

Does this product have remote control?

I just want to buy this product and the information provided in technical spec. say nothing about this.this product is supoused to have remote controls. so please, can anybody ant tech support say if this products has remote control.
